Pre-order terms

1. Who sells

Stampa Drops items are produced and sold by Taller Stampa Serigrafia SL (VAT B-67148692), C/ Gaspar Fabregas, 37, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: info@stampa.cat.

The designs belong to the artists who sign each campaign, who authorise us to produce and sell them.

2. How a pre-order works

Each campaign has a closing date and a minimum number of units. When you pre-order, you pay the full amount.

If the minimum has been reached when the campaign closes, we produce it. If not, you get a full refund, shipping included, to the same payment method.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay, based on your zone.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.

4. Production and delivery

We produce within 10–14 working days of the campaign closing, plus shipping time for your zone. Each campaign shows an estimated delivery date.

If you choose workshop pick-up, we'll email you when it's ready.

5. Changes and cancellations

While the campaign is open, you can change your size or cancel your pre-order by emailing us with your order reference. If you cancel, you get a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Email info@stampa.cat; return shipping is at your expense and we refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.

7. Hand-made pieces

Hand screen printing can show small variations in registration, tone or texture between pieces. These aren't defects: they're part of the process.

If an item arrives faulty or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you.

8. Personal data

We only use your data to process your order and keep you updated on it. More in Stampa's privacy policy.
